This
plant is cultivated in sandy soils of the plain as well as
mountainous areas of up to 5000 ft. altitude of Parachinar
(NWFP). The fruit is grown under ground and is delicious
one. Modern agricultural techniques such as use of healthy
seeds, appropriate fertilizer and weedicides are essential
for the proper production of the crop. |
